Consumer Right to Cancel (14 Days)

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made online within 14 days of purchase without providing any reason and without penalty. This applies to all purchases made through our platform.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

Digital Content Exception

IMPORTANT: For digital content that is immediately made available upon purchase, by accessing the service you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun. However, we still honor our 14-day satisfaction guarantee as described below.

We want you to be completely satisfied with CloudForgeLabs. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.

Full Refunds (Within 14 Days)

You're eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first refund request for a CloudForgeLabs subscription

Partial Refunds / Pro-Rata

For annual subscriptions or requests made after 14 days, we may offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time purchases or lifetime deals (after the 14-day period)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Second or subsequent refund requests from the same user

How to Request a Refund

Option 1: Email Us (Recommended)

  1. Send an email to support@ainextstudios.com
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email and reason for refund (optional)
  4. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

Option 2: Through Paddle

Since payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), you can also request refunds directly through their support portal:

  1. Visit paddle.net
  2. Enter your receipt email to access your purchases
  3. Select the CloudForgeLabs subscription
  4. Click "Request Refund"

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Currency: Refunds are in the same currency as your original purchase
  • Access: Your account access will be revoked upon refund completion

Canceling Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription won't renew at the next billing cycle
  • You'll retain access until your current period ends
  • No refund is issued for the remaining time (unless within 14 days)
